This means that, as soon as a customer has finished selecting the items they wish to buy, they are routed to the WorldPay secure environment and payment pages and only at this point are they invited to enter their credit or debit card details.

The WorldPay payment page are therefore a 'secure extension' of your own shop within which it is safe to transact. Once an authorisation or decline is received from the card schemes in response to a payment request, the response and the customer are 'passed back' to your store.
